The breakfast was good (especially the pastries!).

I booked a room with a balcony, but it was tiny. The air conditioning was struggling to keep up, and the room never really cooled down. The walls were quite thin. I could hear my neighbors talking.

Reception staff was very friendly when I asked for a different room. Breakfast ambience was excellent, I loved dining there each morning. The pool was wonderful. The provision of pool towels was great. My fiancé loved the fire torches at night. That created a very romantic ambience.
